Shipping & Returns
Our orders are shipped worldwide. Shipments inside the European Community take about 3/4 working days from the shipment date; shipments to the rest of the world take about 5/6 working days from the shipment date. Unfortunately, occasionally you might experience delivery delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances related to the specific country of destination. These include national holidays, strikes, or other events due to extraordinary conditions. In this case, we might be forced to postpone or cancel deliveries. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Before signing, we recommend that you inspect the package for any signs of damage or other issues. Please report all issues immediately to the carrier. Please keep your delivery receipt in case of any future issues with your delivery.
You can cancel your order and request a refund within 15 days from the delivery date. You can return the whole or any portion of your order. If you’d like to return the products and request a refund please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. After the return has been confirmed by our customer services via email, you should send the products back to us within 15 days. Unfortunately, we don’t offer free returns. When preparing the return the package please make sure to place the products in their original box, to include all accessories and information material, and to attach a copy of the return acceptance email. Please place the original box in a protective carton package suitable for shipping. This will ensure that the products are returned in their original state and avoid incurring any charges for potential damage.
